According to the Aberdeen Group, 75% of consumers are more likely to engage with brands who personalise messaging and offers just for them.
By collecting, understanding and scoring signal data exhibited by users, we can predict those in-market for your product or service. We can also personalise a message purely for that individual by marrying up their intent signals and data from your product feed.
This way we ensure that the right people arent just shown your brand message, but the exact product and service theyre interested in before theyve even visited your site and more often than not started searching.
Affectv were tasked with running a campaign for M&S for their autumn / winter collection, to drive traffic and generate revenue across Europe.
Affectv placed pixels on the M&S website enabling them to gather data signals around M&S users' browse, search and share behaviours online. Using their Persona Discovery Platform (PDP), Affectv analysed terabytes of raw data signals, unearthing insights and local nuances within various audiences across the European market.
By using the insights gathered into the M&S user, Affectv were able to target individual 'lookalikes' with relevant content in the right location and at the best conversion times.
